tree preservation order (exemptions)

Under the Town and Country Planning (Tree Preservation) (England) Regulations 2012, exemptions from the procedure for obtaining consent for works to a tree protected by a tree preservation order include works to dead or dangerous trees, those protected by agreement with the Forestry Commission, those allowed to statutory undertakers, those necessary to implement full planning permission etc.
